Club
Member, Ken Bridger, and owner of the metal kit manufacturer Genesis Kits has
scratch built a
number of Southern Region electric multiple units. These were originally used
on an exhibition layout called Portsea he built a number of years ago. The
plan is to use these trains as a basis of EMU/DMU stock that will run on Dagnell
End. A number of other Club members are also busy producing other stock to supplement
Ken's units. The following pictures are some of the stock Ken has produced:

the Motor Brake Second Open from a 4 COR. Numbered 3142 after the one that has
been preserved

This is a
2 car 2HAP. The coaches are based around a Lima
vehicle with new sides and front.

the driving cars from a 4LAV. Again the coaches are based around a Lima
vehicle with new sides and front.

vehicle with new sides and front.

on the coaches are constructed from 30 thou plastic card and 10thou blank
surrounds for the windows
